YiJu Select respects your privacy. This notice explains in plain language what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible

Personal data is processed by the YiJu Select operations team. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights (access, correction, deletion, etc.), contact info@yiju.es or use the Contact page.

What we collect

Information you provide: email and password, recovery phone, name, phone, WeChat and messages in enquiry or entrustment forms. Information from use of the service: favorites, browse history, time spent on listing pages, viewing appointments and support chat content. For security and service follow-up we may record IP address, approximate region and basic browser/device information.

How we use it

We use data to create and manage accounts, show listings and respond to enquiries or viewings, improve the website, support customer follow-up and matching, prevent abuse and keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

Legal bases (summary)

Account and core services rely on performance of a contract; security and fraud prevention on legitimate interests; some communications on consent; and where required, compliance with law. You may object to non-essential processing where applicable.

Cookies and similar technologies

We mainly use essential cookies for login sessions, city preference and language so the site works. We do not currently run advertising trackers or marketing pixels. See the Cookies page for details. If we add analytics or marketing tools later, we will update this notice and seek consent where required.

Sharing and retention

We share data only when needed to fulfil your request (e.g. listing contacts, partner agents or service providers), or when required by law. Account data is kept while you use the service; browse and access logs are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under applicable law including the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). Please contact us from your registered email so we can verify your identity.
